Many artisans are demonstrating their craft and displaying their wares.  A perfect opportunity to get unique gifts.   From toy wooden swords to real hand made swords you can find unique items at LARF.  Watch the glassblower or the coopersmith make functional works of art from glass or wood.  Clothing, jewelry, food, and knowledge are available at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival.

Food

Even our food has a deliciously medieval flavor. Huge turkey legs, steak on a stake, jester chips, bread bowls, gourmet mushrooms, and dozens of other items are all available. Modern and traditional refreshments are plentiful, with a variety to chose from including hot cocoa, apple cider, soft drinks, beer, mead, and water.
